商品の引渡時期 / Shipping and Delivery Time
通常商品は、ご注文および決済の確認後、各商品ページに記載された期間に発送いたします。予約商品および受注生産商品は、各商品ページに記載された発送予定時期に順次発送いたします。
複数の商品を同時にご注文いただいた場合は、原則として、すべての商品がそろい次第まとめて発送いたします。
天候、交通事情、通関手続き、配送会社の事情、その他やむを得ない理由により、発送またはお届けに遅れが生じる場合があります。
Regular items will be shipped within the period stated on each product page after the order and payment have been confirmed.
Pre-order and made-to-order items will be shipped sequentially according to the estimated shipping schedule stated on each product page.
When multiple items are purchased in the same order, all items will generally be shipped together once every item in the order is ready.
Shipping or delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, carrier circumstances, or other unavoidable events.
ご注文後のキャンセルおよび変更 / Order Cancellations and Changes
ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、商品の変更、カラーまたはサイズの変更は、原則として承っておりません。
誤って商品を選択された場合や、同一のご注文を重複して行われた場合も、お客様都合によるキャンセルまたは変更に該当します。
ご注文内容を十分にご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, product changes, or changes to the selected color or size after an order has been confirmed due to customer circumstances.
Selecting the wrong product or accidentally placing a duplicate order will also be treated as a cancellation or change requested due to customer circumstances.

返品・交換の可否と条件 / Return and Exchange Policy
お客様都合による返品・交換は、原則として承っておりません。
明らかな初期不良がある場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内に、注文番号および商品の状態が確認できる写真を添えて、メールにてご連絡ください。
事前のご連絡なく商品を返送された場合は、返品・交換を承ることができません。
当ショップにて内容を確認したうえで、交換、返品または返金の対応方法をご案内いたします。当ショップの責任による返品・交換の場合、返送料は当ショップが負担いたします。
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances.
If the item has a clear initial defect or if you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact us by email within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs clearly showing the condition of the item.
Items returned without contacting us in advance will not be accepted.
After reviewing the details, we will provide instructions regarding an exchange, return, or refund. If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
返品・交換を承ることができない場合
Cases in Which Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
以下に該当する場合は、返品・交換を承ることができません。
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・商品到着後7日を経過した場合
More than seven days have passed since the item was delivered.
・お客様が商品、カラーまたはサイズの選択を誤った場合
The customer selected the wrong product, color, or size.
・誤って重複注文をされた場合
The customer accidentally placed a duplicate order.
・イメージと異なる、サイズが合わないなど、お客様のご都合による場合
The return or exchange is requested for personal reasons, including differences in appearance or expectations, or the item not fitting as expected.
・商品ページに記載されたサイズと実寸の間に、採寸方法や製造工程による軽微な誤差がある場合
There are minor measurement differences caused by the measurement method or manufacturing process.
・着用または使用に支障のない、若干のシワ、糸の始末、ほつれ等を理由とする場合
The item has minor wrinkles, loose threads, unfinished thread ends, or slight fraying that does not affect normal use or wear.
・商品本体に問題がなく、梱包袋または外装のみが破損している場合
Only the packaging bag or outer packaging is damaged, and the product itself is unaffected.
・商品のタグを外した、紛失した、または破損した場合
The product tag has been removed, lost, or damaged.
・商品を一度でも使用、着用または洗濯された場合
The item has been used, worn, or washed, even once.
・香水、タバコ、柔軟剤等のにおいが付着している場合
The item has been affected by perfume, tobacco, fabric softener, or other odors.
・化粧品、汚れ、傷、破損その他の使用した形跡が確認できる場合
The item shows signs of use, including makeup stains, dirt, scratches, damage, or other signs of wear.
・装飾品に、製造工程上生じる軽微な塗料の剥がれや色むらがある場合
Decorative parts have minor paint chipping, peeling, or color irregularities resulting from the manufacturing process.
・生地、レース、プリント、柄の配置、装飾等の個体差を理由とする場合
The return or exchange is requested due to individual variations in fabrics, lace, prints, pattern placement, decorative details, or other product characteristics.
・予約商品、受注生産商品、セール商品、または商品ページに返品不可と記載された商品を、お客様都合により返品・交換される場合
A return or exchange is requested for personal reasons for a pre-order item, made-to-order item, sale item, or another product identified as non-returnable on its product page.
※上記に該当する場合でも、明らかな初期不良または当ショップによる誤配送が確認された場合は、個別に対応いたします。
Even in the cases listed above, we will review the matter individually if a clear initial defect or shipping error on our part is confirmed.
長期不在・受取拒否について / Extended Absence and Refusal of Delivery
長期不在、住所不明、受取拒否その他お客様の事情により商品をお受け取りいただけず、当ショップへ返送された場合は、発送時および返送時に発生した送料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered due to the customer’s extended absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
