返品・返金をご希望される場合は、予めメールにてご連絡下さい。
以下の場合の返品交換は、お受けいたしかねます。

サイズ相違
商品到着後7日以上経過した商品
若干のシワ、ほつれ
お客様側で商品の選択を誤った、または誤って重複注文された場合
梱包袋の破損による場合
商品のタグを外してしまった商品
一部の装飾品の若干の塗料の剥げ
タグをなくされてしまった商品
一度でもご使用になられた商品
セール商品・お客様のご都合によるご返品（イメージ違い、サイズ違い、誤注文等）

その他、明らかに使用した形跡があると判断できるもの（例：香水・タバコの匂い、化粧品の付着、商品の痛み、汚れなど）断できるもの（例：香水・タバコの匂い、化粧品の付着、商品の痛み、汚れなど）

長期不在によりお受け取りいただけなかった場合は、往復の送料を引いた額の返金となります。

※また、イメージと違っていた、サイズが合わないなどお客様のご都合による返品はお受けできませんのでご了承下さいませ。

If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact us by email in advance.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Minor differences in product measurements or sizing
More than seven days have passed since the item was delivered
Minor wrinkles, loose threads, or slight fraying
The customer selected the wrong item, color, or size
The customer placed an order incorrectly or accidentally submitted a duplicate order
Only the outer packaging or packaging bag has been damaged
The product tag has been removed
Minor peeling or chipping of paint on decorative parts
The product tag has been lost
The item has been used or worn, even once
Sale items
Returns requested for personal reasons, including differences in appearance or expectations, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors
Any item that shows clear signs of use, including perfume or tobacco odors, makeup stains, damage, dirt, or other signs of wear

If an order cannot be delivered due to the customer’s extended absence or failure to receive the package, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
